After all the problems regarding Visa being sorted out, the complete Bangladeshi contingent for SAFF Championship 2011 reached New Delhi the Tuesday morning.

The team was earlier slated to reach Kolkata by 24th and play 2 practice matches against Indian club sides Pailan Arrows and Southern Samity on 26th and 29th of October respectively. But the Visa got delayed. And in the first allotment, only 25 of the 30 members of the contingent got cleared. But the Bangladeshi federation refused to send the team in parts to maintain the team spirit and was even on the verge of pulling out of the premium tournament.

The team is staying at the Hilton Hotel in New Delhi and will play their 1st match in the tournament against Pakistan on December 2 in the group B opener.
