Pune FC has decided to appoint Dutch coach, Mike Snoei, for the upcoming season.
Mike Snoei has worked as a manager in clubs like Vitesse, Sparta Rotterdam and Go Ahead Eagles and worked as assistant manager in clubs like Panathinaikos, Umm Salal SC, Shandong Luneng. In fact, as an assistant manager in Panathinaikos in 2008-09, his team went to the last 16s of Champions League.
With Asian experience in Qatar and China, the UEFA pro license holder coach might prove to be an impressive signing by Pune FC, whose professionalism among I-League clubs have been most prominent. Mike Snoei’s experience as youth coach might also bode well with Pune FC who have been developing players in their academy.
