Jo Hyeon-woo was one of the reason why Germany were knocked out of the World Cup. The 26-year-old was center of attraction as he made some excellent saves to help South Korea keep a clean sheet and beat Germany 2-0. He made 13 saves in the group stages which is most by a goalkeeper.

Salem Al-Dawsari is often regarded as one of finest attacking players in Asia. The Saudi Arabian winger was amongst top 5 players with most dribbles in the group stage of the World Cup, He also scored a winner in stoppage time as they beat Egypt 2-1 in their final group stage game.
