Nepal national team suffered a three goal defeat against Bahrain’s u-23 team in Manama, Bahrain. Nepal who are preparing hard for 2013 SAFF Championship, were down by a goal as early as 9th minute. They conceded two more in the midway and at the dying minutes of the game.
Bahrain u-23 coach, Anthony Hudson, praised his players, esp. because they were the fitter outfit despite fasting during the day, observing Ramadan.
Despite being an away game, Nepalese migrants in Bahrain came to cheer for their country, but were dissapointed by a poor performance from Nepal, esp. their goalkeeper Kiran Chemjong, whose mistakes cost his team 2 of the 3 goals.
